Payment of Registration Fees (For participants outside Turkey)
For the payment of registration fee in EUROS, Simuligence has tied up officially with MaCKiE 2025. Full payment can be made by Bank/Wire Transfer to the following Business Bank Account:

Note:
1) Please ensure that the reference for your registration fee payment includes the Full name of the participant, followed by ‘MACKIE 2025’. This will assist us in tracking each payment accurately. A receipt of payment, along with confirmation of registration, will be sent to each participant (Note: Be sure to check your spam/junk folder).
2) Using QR code, you have the option to pay with Google Pay, Revolut pay as well with Credit or Debit card. Please mention the name of the registrant in the “Note” section.
3) If you have not received confirmation of registration from us within 4 working days of payment, please send proof of payment to mackie2025turkey@gmail.com and we will get back to you immediately.
4) It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any international transfers, if sending in another currency other than EURO. Please check with your Bank if extra charges will be incurred.
5) For registrations received using the bank transfer option a provisional booking can be held for 3 working days. If payment is not received via bank transfer after this period, the registration will be canceled.

For ease of payment for Turkish participants, the payment can be made in Turkish LIRAS. The equivalent of Euros in Lira need to be checked from exchange rate calculator and transferred to the following Bank Account:

Cancellation Policy
1) Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to mackie2025turkey@gmail.com. Please send Cc to abhishek.dutta.2211@hotmail.com while cancellation
2) For cancellations received on or before Saturday, 31 May 2025 a full refund less an administration charge of 50 Euros will be granted. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
4) No‐shows will not receive a refund
5) Substitutions are welcome
6) In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.

Liability Waiver
The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. MaCKiE 2025 Organisers are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance.
It is recommended that you arrange your own travel insurance.
