Adnan Menderes International Airport is 95 km from Çeşme, making it a convenient 1.5 to 2-hour journey away. The airport provides connections to national and international destinations. Airport code is ADB.
Participants can reach Çeşme via various transportation options, including Car rentals, Taxis, Havas shuttle services, or a combination of metro, izban and bus routes.
By Havas/City Taxi from Airport
Havas offers a direct shuttle from Adnan Menderes airport to Çeşme for 340 TL, with a travel time of approximately 100 minutes.
There is also an option to come directly to the hotel/venue in Çeşme from the airport using Airport Taxi. By Underground/Buses inside the City
From Adnan Menderes airport, participants can reach Izmir city center via İzban, the local commuter train. To continue towards Çeşme, take the İzban train to the Hilal or Halkapınar station, then transfer to the metro and arrive at Fahrettin Altay.
From Fahrettin Altay, several transportation options are available, including municipal buses and Çeşme Seyahat shuttles. Contactless bank and credit cards can be used on metro and municipal buses except Izban. For Izban, you can buy a ticket called Ticket 35 from ticket sales points at the airport.
For those using Eshot municipal buses, the journey from Izmir to Çeşme involves two transfers. Start by taking the 984 bus from Fahrettin Altay, then transfer to the 760 bus in Urla, which continues directly to Çeşme. Those who prefer Çeşme Seyahat can reach Çeşme directly from Fahrettin Altay for 190 TL.
By Bus (Intercity bus terminal)
Participants arriving at the intercity bus terminal, from various cities within Türkiye can reach Çeşme by using Çeşme Seyahat services for a fare of 220 TL. Alternatively, passengers may take shuttle services provided by bus companies to Fahrettin Altay, where they can then transfer to reach Çeşme as explained in the underground & buses section.
